Spare Room Cobbler

• 4 strawberries
• 1 lemon wedge
• Crushed ice
• 2 ounces fino sherry
• 3/4 ounce Cognac
• 3/4 ounce Simple Syrup

1. In a pint glass, muddle 3 strawberries with the lemon wedge.
2. Add crushed ice and the sherry, Cognac and Simple Syrup and stir well.
3. Pour into a chilled wineglass and garnish with the remaining strawberry.
