Chicken Roll Snacks
- 1 1/4 c. chicken, finely chopped and cooked
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 c. herb croutons, finely crushed
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- Heat oven to 375u0b0.
- In a medium bowl combine chicken, parsley, 2 tablespoons crushed croutons, curry powder, mayonnaise and onion.
- Separate dough into 4 rectangles; firmly press perforations to seal.
- Press or roll each to form 10 x 5-inch rectangle.
- Spread 1/4 of the chicken mixture on each rectangle within 1/2 inch of edge.
- Starting at longest side, roll up; pinch seams to seal.
- Cut each roll into 3 pieces.
- Dip each piece in butter then croutons.
- Place seam side down on a greased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
