Spicy Habanero Cheeseburger
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Habanero Heat Cheese
- 4 fresh pineapple rings (1/4 inch thick)
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
- 1 tsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 4 hamburger buns, toasted
- 1 small avocado, cut into 8 slices
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Shape meat into 8 (1/4-inch-thick) patties.
- Top each of 4 patties with 2 Tbsp.
- cheese; cover with remaining patties.
- Pinch edges together to seal.
- Grill 6 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (160 degrees F), adding pineapple to the barbecue for the last 4 min.
- and turning after 2 min.
- Meanwhile, mix Miracle Whip and Sriracha sauce until blended.
- Place burgers on bottom halves of buns; top with pineapple, avocados and Miracle Whip mixture.
- Cover with tops of buns.
