Chocolate Silk Pie

  1. Bake the pie shell according to directions.
  2. Coolthe pie shell.
  3. Combine next five ingredients in a pan.
  4. Cook, stirring, until chocolate melts.
  5. Cool.
  6. Fold in the whipped cream and put into pie shell.
  7. Make topping: Beat cream until it is thick and then add confectioners' sugar.
  8. Beat until stiff peaks form.
  9. Spread onto top of pie.
  10. Refrigerate before serving.
