Tomato Jam

  1. Peel and de-seed tomatoes.
  2. Chop onions and garlic and cook them over medium heat in a bit of oil.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring to boil, reduce to simmer until thickened, about 45 minutes.
