Chocolate Dessert

• 12 cup butter (one stick)
• 1 cup flour
• 12 cup walnuts, finely chopped
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip, divided
• 2 (25 g) boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
• 3 cups skim milk

1. Mix together butter, flour and nuts.
2. Press in the bottom of 9x13 pan and bake for 15 minutes at 300 degrees; cool.
3. Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and about 3 ounces of cool whip; spread on crust.
4. Mix together pudding mix and milk and spread on cream cheese.
5. Top with remaining cool whip.
6. Sprinkle additional chopped nuts on top if desired.
