Cream Gin Fizz
- 1 1/2 ounces gin
- 1 1/2 ounces milk
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons lime juice
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- Club soda
- Combine all ingredients except the crushed ice and soda in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
- Put the crushed ice in a highball glass, and strain in the mixture.
- Add soda to fill and stir quickly to make it foam up.
