Healthy Chicken/Turkey Burgers
- 1 lb ground chicken or 1 lb ground turkey
- 12 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 14 cup applesauce
- 14 cup yellow onion, minced
- 14 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- Combine all ingredients and shape into patties.
- Grill, broil or saute about 4 to 5 minutes per side.
