Potato Soup
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup onions
- 1-1/2 cup water
- 1 pkg. hashbrowns
- 1-1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Parsley, as desired
- Mix all ingredients and cook for 1-2 hours, until it reaches desired consistency and potatoes are soft.
