Cauli-Salad

  1. Cook cauliflower until tender.
  2. Drain, pat dry, let cool and cut into small pieces.
  3. Place in large bowl.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients except paprika and parsley.
  5. Chill 2 hours.
  6. Before serving sprinkle paprika and parsley.
  7. Can even slice an extra hard boiled egg and garnish with eggs.
