AuGratin Potatoes

  1. Place potatoes in 13x9-inch baking pan or medium-size roasting pan.
  2. Heat remaining ingredients on medium-low heat until cheese is melted.
  3. (Be careful not to scorch.)
  4. Pour over potatoes.
  5. Let stand 30 minutes.
  6. Bake at 325F for 1 hour.
  7. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
  8. Tip: Recipe can be made the day before and left overnight in the refrigerator.
