Slow Cooker Beef Bourguignon

  1. Spay skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Add beef, carrot and onion; cook until beef is browned.
  3. Add flour and cook 1-2 minutes.
  4. Stir in beef stock and heat to boiling.
  5. Transfer to slow cooker.
  6. Add remaining ingredients, except mushrooms and wine.
  7. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
  8. Add mushrooms and wine during the last hour of cooking.
  9. Discard bay leaf.
