Ab's Baked Beans Delight Recipe

• 3 lrg cans baked beans
• 2 c. Brown sugar, level
• 1/2 c. yellow mustard
• 1 c. catsup
• 1 whl white onion, cut up
• 1 whl green bell pepper, cut up
• 3 x strips bacon

1. In a large bowl, combine all of the above ingredients, except bacon.
2. Stir till all ingredients are well mixed.
3. Use a large cake pan; pour mix proportionately throughout pan.
4. Lay bacon strips horizontally across pan.
5. Bake at 350 degrees till beans have absorbed the majority of the liquid
6. (approximately 45 min).
7. Do not over-bake ... or possibly your beans will dry up!
