Concord Grape Gin Fizz

• 5 Concord grapes
• 2 ounces Concord grape juice
• 1 1/2 ounces gin
• 1 ounce port
• 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1 large egg white
• 1 teaspoon superfine sugar
• Ice
• Cold soda water
• 1 lemon twist, for garnish

1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the grapes until they've released a deep purple juice.
2. Add the grape juice, gin, port, lemon juice, egg white and sugar and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
3. Add ice and shake for 1 more minute.
4. Strain into a chilled collins or cocktail glass, top with soda water and garnish with the lemon twist.
5. Serve.
