Cedar Planked Salmon
- 2 pounds Pieces Of Salmon, Skin On
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 4 dashes Salt And Pepper
- 1 whole Cedar Plank, For Grilling On
- Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1/2 an hour.
- Place the salmon, skin side down on the cedar plank.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Rub the brown sugar all over the top of the salmon.
- Grill on medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- Remove from grill and let it sit for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
