Light Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil, add pasta, boil, stirring often, for about 4 minutes.
  2. Add Broccoli to boiling pasta, and cook another 4 minutes, or until pasta is soft, and broccoli is tender-crisp.
  3. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large frying pan, over medium heat.
  4. Add onion, saute 4 minutes.
  5. Crumble chicken into pan.
  6. Cook, stirring often, until no longer pink, 4-5 minutes.
  7. Add the sour cream, green onions and seasonings and stir until hot.
  8. Drain pasta, toss with sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
