Cheezy Brat Stew

  1. In a large pot heat the oil over med to med hi heat.
  2. Cut brats into bite size pieces.
  3. Add to hot oil and cook until browned.
  4. Add chopped onion and chopped green pepper.
  5. Cook until soft.
  6. Add the stock.
  7. Stir until smooth.
  8. Add the beans and potatoes, cook until potatoes are soft.
  9. THEN add the cheese stir until melted.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
