Cheezy Brat Stew
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 packages Brats
- 1 Green Pepper, chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 1 large can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 1/2 box Chicken Stock
- 1 packages frozen Green Beans thawed and drained.
- 4 Potatoes peeled and cut into bite size pieces
- 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- In a large pot heat the oil over med to med hi heat.
- Cut brats into bite size pieces.
- Add to hot oil and cook until browned.
- Add chopped onion and chopped green pepper.
- Cook until soft.
- Add the stock.
- Stir until smooth.
- Add the beans and potatoes, cook until potatoes are soft.
- THEN add the cheese stir until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
