Laura's Flourless Cookies
- 5 cups almond meal
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup melted butter
- 12 cup honey
- Mix all together.
- Drop by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet & squash with a fork.
- Bake at 325 for 9 minutes.
- You can add raisins, craisins, and/or chocolate chips to make them even better.
- (Laura gave me the recipe -- I haven't made it yet, so it might make more or fewer cookies.This is my best estimate based on seeing her batch.
