Laura's Flourless Cookies

  1. Mix all together.
  2. Drop by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet & squash with a fork.
  3. Bake at 325 for 9 minutes.
  4. You can add raisins, craisins, and/or chocolate chips to make them even better.
  5. (Laura gave me the recipe -- I haven't made it yet, so it might make more or fewer cookies.This is my best estimate based on seeing her batch.
