Red Peppered Beef Roast

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place roast in a roaster and drizzle vinegar over.
  3. Season and top with garlic, peppers and onions.
  4. Cover roaster and roast for about 3 hours, or until deep brown, though not dried out.
