Favourite Cheesy Spinach Casserole
- 1 cup Cheez Whiz Light Cheese Spread
- 1 can (10 fl oz/284 mL) 25%-less-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. (500 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
- 1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup corn flakes, coarsely crushed
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Mix Cheez Whiz and soup until blended.
- Combine spinach and artichokes in medium bowl.
- Add Cheez Whiz mixture; mix lightly.
- Spoon into 1.5-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 35 min.
- or until heated through, topping with corn flakes for the last 5 min.
