Easy Potato Soup

  1. Rinse and cube potatoes.
  2. Boil until tender.
  3. In medium bowl combine milk, butter and flour.
  4. Whisk together and add to potatoes.
  5. Stir frequently as mixture will stick to bottom of kettle.
  6. Add can of cream of chicken soup.
  7. Stir canned soup until blended with soup mixture.
  8. Add can of cheddar cheese soup.
  9. Stir canned soup until blended with soup mixture.
  10. Add bacon bits (I usually use hormel bacon bits not the crunchy ones but either will do and give the flavor).
  11. Salt and pepper to taste.
  12. Add 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.
  13. Stir until cheese is melted in.
  14. Mixture should be thickening a little and if not watching will stick to bottom of kettle.
  15. Cook at least 10 minutes after all ingredients are in to let flavors flow!!
  16. Serve.
