Harriet's Charoset

• 5 large Delicious apples, finely chopped to approximately 8 cups
• 1 cup chopped walnuts
• 3 tablespoons Kosher sweet wine, such as Manishevitz Concord Grape
• 5 tablespoons sugar
• 1 tablespoon cinnamon

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir to combine well.
2. Refrigerate and serve chilled, in small bowls or cups.
