Potluck Pasta Salad

  1. Bring a LARGE pot of water to a boil ( add 1 tsb olive oil, to help pasta not to stick togtther ).
  2. Add Rotini and cook for 8 mins until al dente,stirring frequently.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Put pasta in a large bowl.
  5. Stir in all the vegetables.
  6. Whisk the Italian dressing and the mayonnaise together and pour over the pasta and toss the salad making sure it is well coated with the dressing.
  7. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
