Coconut-Pecan Frosting
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 2/3 cup canned evaporated milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- 2/3 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- Mix first 5 ingredients in medium saucepan; cook and stir on medium heat 10 min.
- or until frosting begins to thicken.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in coconut and nuts; cool until of desired spreading consistency.
