Coconut-Pecan Frosting

• 2 egg yolks, beaten
• 2/3 cup canned evaporated milk
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1/3 cup butter or margarine
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
• 2/3 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans

1. Mix first 5 ingredients in medium saucepan; cook and stir on medium heat 10 min.
2. or until frosting begins to thicken.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in coconut and nuts; cool until of desired spreading consistency.
