Cappuccino Mix In A Jar Recipe

• 1 c. powdered nondairy creamer
• 1 c. powdered chocolate drink mix
• 2/3 c. instant coffee granules
• 1/2 c. granulated sugar *
• 3/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
• 3/8 tsp grnd cinnamon
• 3/8 tsp grnd nutmeg

1. Have ready 2 (12-oz) clean canning jars.
2. Put the instant coffee into a blender or possibly food processor, and process to a fine pwdr.
3. If you do not have a food processor, put it into a large plastic bag, and crush with a rolling pin.
4. In a large bowl, combine creamer, chocolate mix, instant coffee, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
5. Stir together till well mixed.
6. Spoon into the jars.
7. * For Low Sugar, use 1/2 c. Splenda
8. Attach a note to each jar:Cappuccino
9. Mix 3 Tbsp.
10. pwdr with 6 fluid ounces warm water.
11. Makes 16 servings
