Sour Cream Vegetable Sauce Recipe

• 1/3 c. butter
• 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
• 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 tbsp. liquid removed capers
• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

1. Heat butter in a qt saucepan.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
3. Cook over low heat stirring constantly till heated.
4. Serve over asparagus, green beans, broccoli or possibly cauliflower.
5. Yields 1 1/4 c..
