Creamy Horseradish Steak Sandwich
- 1 boneless beef strip steak (1 lb./450 g), 3/4 inch thick
- 1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 4 sandwich buns (4 inch)
- 4 thin Vidalia onion slices
- Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
- Grill steak 8 to 10 min.
- or until medium doneness (160F), turning after 5 min.
- and brushing with barbecue sauce for the last 2 min.
- Remove from barbecue; cover loosely with foil.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Meanwhile, mix Miracle Whip and horseradish until blended.
- Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.
- Fill buns with meat, onions and Miracle Whip mixture.
