Cyril's Salad Recipe

• 1 head endive lettuce
• 1 head Romaine lettuce
• 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
• 6 boiled Large eggs, sliced
• 1 diced avocado
• 1 diced tomato
• 2 c. boiled minced chicken breast
• 1/2 pound crisp fried bacon bits
• 1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese

1. Line salad bowl with lettuce.
2. Layer the remaining ingredients in the order given above.
