Pistachio Paste

• 1/2 cup unsalted shelled pistachios
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon safflower oil

1. In a food processor, puree pistachios, sugar, and salt until mixture begins to clump together.
2. Add oil, and puree until very smooth and pastelike.
