Mixed Berry Crisp

  1. Mix flour and 1/4 cup sugar in medium bowl.
  2. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Stir in coconut and nuts; spoon into 9-inch square microwaveable dish.
  4. Microwave on HIGH 3 min., stirring after each minute.
  5. Microwave 1 to 2 min.
  6. or until streusel is crisp and golden brown, stirring every 30 sec.
  7. Spread into single layer on large plate; cool.
  8. Meanwhile, combine fruit in same microwaveable dish.
  9. Add dry pudding mix and remaining sugar; mix lightly.
  10. Microwave 4 to 5 min.
  11. or until fruit is hot and bubbly; stir.
  12. Cool 15 min.
  13. Sprinkle streusel over fruit mixture.
  14. Serve topped with Cool Whip.
