Chocolate Cheesecake

  1. Crush wafer cookies.
  2. Combine wafers with butter and cinnamon.
  3. Press into bottom and sides of 10" spring-form pan.
  4. Chill.
  5. Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  6. Beat softened cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy and smooth.
  7. Gradually beat in sugar.
  8. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
  9. Add melted chocolate, cocoa, and flavorings.
  10. Blend thoroughly.
  11. Stir in sour cream.
  12. Pour into chilled crust.
  13. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  14. Cake will be slightly runny, but will firm as it chills.
  15. Cool at room temperature.
  16. Chill at least 5 hours before serving.
