Artichoke And Cracked Wheat Bread Recipe
- 9 ounce marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 1/2 c. bread flour
- 1 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
- 1/3 c. cracked wheat
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp yeast
- Drain artichoke hearts, reserving 3 Tbsp.
- of the liquid.
- Place all ingredients including the reserved liquid in your machine in the order specified by your machine's manufacturer.
- Select the basic or possibly white cycle and press start.
- This recipe yields 1 loaf.
- Yield: 1 loaf
