Mixed Rice with Spiced Spinach
- 2 bunches Spinach
- 4 Wiener sausage
- 1 tsp Butter
- 2 rice bowls' worth Cooked white rice
- 1 tbsp White sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 2 tsp Gochujang
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Thoroughly rinse the spinach, drain excess water, and cut to 2 cm pieces.
- Slice the sausage into coins.
- Heat butter in a frying pan, and add the sausages, then the spinach.
- Stir-fry until the spinach is tender.
- Combine the ingredients marked , then those from Step 2, and serve.
- I recommend packing it in bento since it's tasty even when cold.
