Mixed Rice with Spiced Spinach

  1. Thoroughly rinse the spinach, drain excess water, and cut to 2 cm pieces.
  2. Slice the sausage into coins.
  3. Heat butter in a frying pan, and add the sausages, then the spinach.
  4. Stir-fry until the spinach is tender.
  5. Combine the ingredients marked , then those from Step 2, and serve.
  6. I recommend packing it in bento since it's tasty even when cold.
