Homemade Black Sesame Tofu
- 250 ml Soy milk (additive-free)
- 2 pinch Salt
- 5 grams Gelatin
- 20 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Ground black sesame seeds
- 50 ml Ponzu
- 25 grams Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Toasted white sesame seeds
- Add the gelatin to the water and leave to soak.
- Add the soy milk and salt into a pan and heat.
- Just before it begins to boil, add the gelatin and water from Step 1 and completely dissolve.
- Add the ground black sesame seeds to the pan and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a plastic container and leave in the refrigerator for 1 day to firm up.
- Cut and serve.
- Add the sauce ingredients to a bottle and shake thoroughly!
- Drizzle the sauce over the top and eat.
