Homemade Black Sesame Tofu

  1. Add the gelatin to the water and leave to soak.
  2. Add the soy milk and salt into a pan and heat.
  3. Just before it begins to boil, add the gelatin and water from Step 1 and completely dissolve.
  4. Add the ground black sesame seeds to the pan and mix well.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a plastic container and leave in the refrigerator for 1 day to firm up.
  6. Cut and serve.
  7. Add the sauce ingredients to a bottle and shake thoroughly!
  8. Drizzle the sauce over the top and eat.
