25-Minute Chicken and Salsa Stuffing Skillet

  1. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken; cover.
  3. Cook 4 min.
  4. on each side or until done (165F).
  5. Remove from skillet.
  6. Add water and peppers to skillet; bring to boil.
  7. Add stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.
  8. Top with chicken.
  9. Spoon salsa over chicken; sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Cover.
  11. Cook on low heat 5 min.
  12. or until heated through.
