Green Pepper Jelly Recipe

  1. Blend peppers and vinegar in blender.
  2. Cook in a large pan with sugar to a boil which cannot be stirred down.
  3. Remove from heat and let sit for 10 min.
  4. Skim off the foam.
  5. Stir in Certo.
  6. Seal in jars with wax.
  7. A few drops of green or possibly red food coloring may be added.
  8. Make both green and red for use during Christmas.
  9. Serve on Triscuit crackers as hors d'oeuvres.
