Mustard and cheese on smoked haddock recipe

  1. Rinse and pat dry your smoked haddock filets.
  2. Place in an oven dish.
  3. Spread mustard on them, thickly or thinly to your taste.
  4. Cover with the grated cheddar cheese.
  5. Then add slices of the tomato, grind fresh black pepper over the top and bake for 25 minutes in a 180C oven.
  6. Garnish with flat leaf parsley.
