Fight over the Spoon Creamed Spinach

  1. Melt butter in sauce or skillet pan.
  2. Add onions, garlic, nutmeg and sautee until onions are soft.
  3. Add heavy cream, stir frequently.
  4. Add vanilla, bacon salt & pepper.
  5. Let stand on low heat.
  6. Add cooked spinach to mixture and stir.
  7. Let spinach cook on low heat and absorb mixture.
  8. Serve immediately.
