Skillet Lasagna

  1. Cook meat loaf mix in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often to break up meat, 4 to 5 minutes, or until browned.
  2. Drain off fat.
  3. Stir in noodles, sauce and water; bring t a boil.
  4. Cover; reduce heat and simmer, stirring often, 18 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  5. Remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
  6. Spoon ricotta on top; add remaining shredded cheese.
  7. Cover 3 minutes to melt cheese.
