Creamy Chicken Salad

  1. To make the dressing, place yoghurt, mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl and stir with a fork until smooth.
  2. Break the chicken meat into large pieces with your fingers and combine with dressing.
  3. Combine lettuce mix, onion, basil and cashew nuts in a serving dish.
  4. Add the chicken mixture, toss lightly and serve immediately.
