Chocolate Sauce
- 2 unsweetened chocolate squares
- 6 tablespoons water
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 14 teaspoon vanilla
- 16 teaspoons artificial sweetener
- Combine chocolate, water, salt, butter in a heavy saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until chocolate melts and sauce is smooth.
- Stir in artificial sweetener.
- Serve warm or chilled.
