Sourdough Pancakes And Waffles Recipe

• 1 c. starter
• 1 c. flour
• 1 egg
• 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 c. lowfat milk
• 1/3 c. oil

1. Mix well and let stand for a few min before using.
2. For waffles, increase oil to 1/2 cut and add in an additional egg.
3. NEVER Add in LEFTOVER BATTER BACK INTO YOUR STARTER!!
