Breaded Scallops Recipe

  1. If using bay scallops, leave whole.
  2. Ocean scallops cut in half.
  3. Season scallops with salt and pepper.
  4. Dredge in flour and coat with egg.
  5. Dredge in breadcrumbs.
  6. Deep fry 2-3 mins.
  7. Garnish with lemon.
