Tuscan Meatloaf
- 13 cup barbecue sauce, divided (I prefer Bull's Eye Bold Original)
- 12 lb extra-lean ground beef
- 1 cup fresh whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 13 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, light, grated
- 14 cup kraft sun-dried tomato and oregano salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Reserve 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce.
- Mix all remaining ingredients just until blended; press into 8x4-inch loaf pan.
- Bake 1 hour 5 minutes or until done, brushing with reserved BBQ sauce after 50 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
