Moist and Rich Chocolate Cake

• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 each egg yolks
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup cocoa powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups flour, all-purpose
• 1 tablespoon soda water
• 1 cup water boiling

1. Beat oil, buttermilk, yolks, and vanilla.
2. Add sugar, cocoa, salt, flour, and soda.
3. Add boiling water.
4. Bake in 9x12 inch pan one hour at 325F (160C).
