Iced-Fruit Salad (Chozhaffe)

  1. In a medium bowl, cover dried fruits with cold water.
  2. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours; drain well.
  3. In a large bowl, combine drained fruit and nuts.
  4. In a small bowl, combine cardamom, cinnamon, grenadine and rose water; pour over fruit and nuts.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  6. To serve, stir in ice cubes.
