Bemelmans Barter

  1. In a mixing glass, combine the Cognac, Curacao, pineapple juice and Angostura bitters.
  2. Add ice and mix well.
  3. Strain drink into a chilled cocktail glass.
  4. Lightly dust with nutmeg.
  5. Holding the orange twist with tongs, touch a flame to it so the oil in the skin briefly lights.
  6. Add to glass and serve.
