Andhra Hot Coconut Rice Recipe

  1. Several fresh whole red and green chiles for garnish Roast the coconut in a dry frying pan till it is golden, then fold in the rice and salt.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the mustard seeds, peanuts, and cashews, but take care they don't burn.
  4. Pour the seasoning mix over the rice and coconut, and mix well.
  5. Garnish with the whole red and green chiles.
  6. Serves:6-8.
  7. Heat scale: Warm.
