Crock Pot Pork 'n Stuff Meatballs

  1. Mix the sauce ingredients together, stir well.
  2. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
  3. Mix the pork, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and onion flakes, work the mixture well so the egg and crumbs are evenly mixed.
  4. Place 1/3 of the sauce in the bottom of the crock pot.
  5. Form the meat mixture into 1 1/4" balls and place in a single layer in the crock pot If more than 1 layer is needed pour in a 1/3 of the sauce to coat the bottom layer of meatballs Continue adding the meat balls.
  6. Pour remaining 1/3 of the sauce over top.
  7. Cook on low 3 1/2 hours.
