Steamed Bread Smileys with Shaved Ice Syrup

• 3 tbsp Shaved ice syrup
• 1 Egg
• 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
• 1 tbsp Milk
• 100 grams Pancake mix
• 1 Chocolate decorating pen

1. In a bowl, beat the egg and add the shaved ice syrup, vegetable oil and milk and mix well.
2. Add the pancake mix and combine.
3. Pour the batter into the aluminum cups and steam for 15~20 minutes.
4. When cool, draw with the chocolate decorating pen on the steamed buns.
5. This is my son's drawing of his mum and dad.
